Carolina Iron Co. started with a simple observation. All over North Carolina, good machines sit parked most of the year while homeowners and contractors down the road need one for the weekend.
How we’re different
Most rental companies buy a fleet and rent it out. We do it differently. Local owners consign their mini excavators, track loaders, skid steers, and tractors with us. We handle the renters, the scheduling, the handoffs, and the paperwork, and we send the owner a share of every rental.
Owners earn from equipment that would otherwise sit and depreciate. Renters get well-kept machines at a fair price, from a team that answers the phone on a Saturday.
We’re based in Raleigh and work across the Triangle every day. We’re building this one machine and one customer at a time, and we plan to keep growing across North Carolina and beyond.
